An investigation that began at the Vlora prosecutor's office, focusing on the falsification of documents for the alienation of property in the areas of Rradhima, Dukat and Orikum, has now ended at the doors of SPAK.
The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has declared its incompetence and has sent the criminal file to the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, which, based on several reports filed by residents of the area, has registered a criminal file.
In parallel with this file, it is learned that SPAK has requested from the Vlora Prosecutor's Office the investigative acts that this prosecutor's office produced during the preliminary investigation phase.
Therefore, based on these investigative acts, SPAK and the Vlora Prosecutor's Office conducted searches in several apartments in Vlora, including the mortgage office of this city.
